Kimberly Jeannie Hale went home to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at a local hospital after a brief illiness, surrounded by her family. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 1st at Quail Springs Baptist Church, 14613 N. May Dr., OKC. A short visitation will follow. Kim was born June 8, 1959 to Jim and Peggie Knott Glover in Dallas, Texas. She lived in Shreveport, La. in her very young years, then moved to Waco, Texas where her parents still live and the place she loved to go home to. After moving to Oklahoma City, she later married Harry Scott Hale on May 9, 1987. Kim worked for Hertz for almost 25 years, where she was a Domestic Reservation Agent, Special Reservations Specialist, E-mail Coordinator and First Choice Agent. Then she worked for AT&T for two years. Ten years ago she was diagnosed with breast cancer, fought that battle and won. She developed a real love for the medical field as a result of all her many medical treatments. So she enrolled in Heritage College and recieved her degree as an X-Ray/Medical Technician Medical Assistant on May 3, 2013. She was so excited about working in the medical field, helping the sick. But that was short lived as she herself needed help. Kim loved life and lived it to the fullest, bringing joy and laughter wherever she went. She will truly be missed by all who loved her. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Peggie Knott Glover. She is survived by her children, Brock Allen Hale and wife Rhonda, Theta Jeanne Hale and Blake Aaron Hale.
