Mary Hazel Sells

Mary Hazel Sells, 87, passed away February 19th, 2015. She was born in Las Vegas, San Miguel County, New Mexico, 29 November 1927. She is preceded by her mother and father, Grethel Margaret Anderson Jones, and David Everett Alexander Jones; and by her siblings, Anna Christine Jones Maloney, David (Sonny) Everett Alexander Jones, Robert Everett Jones, and Grethal Margaret Jones; her son, Hobert Leo Sells, Jr. (Butch); and one granddaughter, Jenifer Nancy Marye Sells. Hazel had a “spitfire” attitude and ornery at times but was very lovable. She loved to cook and serve others. Hazel was the oldest of 6 children. She is survived by her younger sister Daveda Elizabeth Jones Smith and her own children, namely: Jack Con Sells and his wife Virginia (Jinnie) Ann Hamilton Sells, Vickie Lee Sells Gilliam, Dennis Steve Sells and his wife Martha Sneed Sells, Standley Dave Sells and his wife Deborah Jean Roach Sells, and Cindy Rene Sells Corley and her husband Ronald Dean Corley. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Her Memorial Service will be a Graveside Service held at Resthaven Memorial Park located at 44909 HWY 3, Shawnee, OK, Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 2:00 pm.
