Adam Stephen Ward

Adam Stephen Ward passed away December 15, 2020. Adam was born on October 24, 2001 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and was immediately adopted by Paul and Diane Ward. He attended Christ the King Catholic School, Bishop McGuinness High School and graduated from Edmond Memorial earlier this year. Adam's favorite things included listening to music (loud) and watching NBA basketball (#1 team the Philadelphia 76ers and #2 team the OKC Thunder). He loved laughing and hanging out. In the words of his cousin Maslen, he had a special smile and an infectious joy. Adam is survived by his parents, Paul and Diane Ward, brother Sean Ward, grandmother Linda Bradley, aunts Zane Bradley (Val), Melissa Bradley (Ron), Susie Dennis, Becky Tobin (Bill), Margie Humphrey (David), Tricia Perrault (Mark), uncles Hank Bradley, Jr. (Aimee), Tom Ward (Christie), Tim Ward (Liz), Jack Ward (Adrianne), Mark Ward (Monica), Chris Ward (Laurie), Joe Ward (Maribeth), Jim Ward, David Ward (Stephanie Bode), Andy Ward (Erin) and great-uncle Arlen Hagen. He is also survived by his cousins Will Bradley, Drew Bradley, Vincent Tobin (Michelle), Christine Beasley, Danny Ward (Brynn), Peter Tobin (Jennie), Becky Ward (Patrick), ( Brian Ward (Blythe), Josh Bixler (Lacey), Lauren Paternostro (Gino), Keith Ward (Tiffany), Kaye Ward, Jennifer Dell (John), Tim Ward, Anna Ward, Thane Bixler, Michelle Deanes (Brian), Joe Ward, Jr. (Anna), Natalie Ward, Kevin Ward, Ryan Humphrey, Garris Dennis (Lindsay), David Ward, Rachel Ward, Breanne Ward, Brogan Ward, Jacob Ward, Shea Ward, Amy Neal (Ethan), Bryden Ward, Sam Ward, Slater Bode Ward, Quinlan Ward, Dominic Perrault, Maslen Bode Ward, Lane Ward, Hannah Ward, Talia Bode Ward, Louie Ward, Michael Slater Ward, Marianna Alsugair (Sultan), Michael Johnson and all of their children. He is also survived by his girlfriend Divinity Harris. Adam left this world struggling with addiction. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Hank Bradley, grandparents Tom and Jane Lee Ward, uncle Michael Ward, great-aunt Mary Lee Hagen as well as other great-aunts, great-uncles and many other beloved extended family.
