Alexander Anthony Toth, of Frisco, Texas, died October 6, 2015, at the age of 93. He was born September 11, 1922, in Yonkers, New York, to Steven and Elizabeth Toth. He served four years in the U.S. Coast Guard in the Pacific during World War II. Alex married Esther Caruso in 1946, and they started a family in Albany, New York, before moving to Great Bend, Kansas, where Alex retired as a plant manager from Fuller Brush after 35 years with the company. Alex and Esther then moved to Texas in 1990 with their daughter, MaryAnne, and grand-children, Alexandria and Christopher. There he worked as a handyman for Albertson's for another 10 years, retiring at the age of 85. Alex will be remembered for his humor, grandiose stories, poker-playing skills, and for being an incredible father and "Papa." He is preceded in death by his wife, Esther Toth, and survived by his daughter; grand-children; great grand-children, Alexander and Brenna; and three sisters, Lil, Elsie, and Barbara. Memorial services begin at 4:00 p.m. on October 19th at Corbett Funeral and Cremation in Oklahoma City.
