Barbara Gail Arter

Barbara Gail Arter, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away July 8,2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born on April 8, 1959, in Rogers, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Donald Ray Humphrey and Othella Arter (Bryant). 

Barbara Gail Arter's journey on this earth touched the hearts of many. Her warm presence and loving nature left a lasting impact on all who knew her. She faced life's challenges with courage and grace, always maintaining a strong sense of family and community.

In her final moments, Barbara was surrounded by family and loved ones in Oklahoma City. She is survived by her devoted husband Michael Arter, her mother and stepfather Jan and Joe Arter, her cherished children Cynthia, Katrina, and Justin, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy throughout her lifetime.

Barbara's legacy of love and kindness will live on through the lives she touched. She will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
