Barbara Ann Downey

Barbara Ann Downey, 78, resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on June 30, 2018 at Emerald Care Center in Oklahoma City. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Barbara was born on January 8, 1940 the daughter of Jake and Lenora Downey (Nealy).She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Industry. She was the first African American Woman Nurse in Oklahoma. She will be missed dearly. There are no services at this time, please check back later.
