Barbara Ann Harvey

Skaggs “Harvey”, Barbara Ann, age 78, went to be with the Lord on April 14,2025, in Oklahoma City, OK. Barbara was born August 23, 1946, in Los Angelas, CA. She is preceded in death by her parents El Meta Cavnar and Paul. D. Skaggs, Sr.; brother, Paul D. Skaggs Jr. and son, Thomas P. Harvey. Barbara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Susan and Sean Querry; her grandchildren Nathaniel and Austin Querry. Barbara attended and graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1964. She went on to attend the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Baptist University. Barbara was a medical transcriptionist by trade and went on to manage several thriving medical practices. She was a faithful follower of the Lord and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. Barbara was always striving upward in her expressions of faith and was steadfast in her daily devotions. She had a talent for knowing the perfect scripture to go with each moment. She was an amazing protector, provider, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all she touched.
