After losing her husband Tom in March of this year, Bobbie’s long battle with her health took a turn for the worse. Bobbie needed special medical care and twenty-four hour caregivers. Her family could not have provided these services without help, so special thanks must be given to the loving and competent hospice nurses Jan, Shannon, Katrina and Erica and the staff of Lifecare Hospice. The circle of amazing caregivers with the Sharon Brown Group all of whom she and her family grew to love in her final months, which included: Angie, Crystal, Denise, Gloria, Jackie, Jacquetta, Mary, Mavis and Vanessa. The staff of Absolute Senior Care, in particular, CMA, Sandra. The staff at Sommerset Assisted Living Center with a very special thank you to CMA, Arthur. And a very special thanks to our family friend Jan who allowed her heart to be opened one more time to the possible loss of someone she learned to love. Bobbie loved attending church services and functions. She also loved finding special bargains at garage sales and afternoon trips to the casino. Most of all, Bobbie loved being surrounded by her family. A celebration of Bobbie’s life and a memorial service will be held on Monday, August 27th, at 10:00 a.m. at Sunnymeade Baptist Church, 2800 W. Britton Road, Oklahoma City, OK.
