Brett Daniel Richard

Thursday, January 25,2024, Brett Daniel Richard, 45, of Oklahoma City departed this earthly world a beloved husband and adored son. He was born July 7th, 1978, in Ada, Oklahoma. He stayed in the Ada area after graduating from Byng High School in 1996. For several years he worked for Prepaid Legal before moving to the OKC area joining the AAA Insurance Company. After finding love, he began assisting with running his business. 

On May 5th, 2023, he married the love of his life Miguel Razo Guzman. 

Brett loved to dance, spend time with his loved ones and always rocked his own style while doing it. His kind and generous soul made him irreplaceable. He loved his family fiercely and never missed an opportunity to share that with anyone.  He was such a treasure no matter how he was a part of your life. The list of doting titles he carried could go on and on...loving husband, amazing brother, caring friend but they all mean the same to those who he held them for: Loved beyond measure. 

His absence will be forever felt by all those who held him in their hearts. 

Brett is survived by his husband, Miguel Razo Guzman, of Oklahoma City. His parents Marjorie and Ron Clement of Kingston, OK. Sister, Laticia and husband Shane Brown, of Sulphur, OK. Brother, Ron Clement Jr of Grand Rapids, MI. Brother, Chad Clement of Grand Rapids, MI and Brother, Corey Clement of Barstow, CA.  Numerous cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins across the states. 

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm–4:00pm on February 11th, 2024, at 744 Oaklawn, Sulphur, OK 73086 on the CD Brown Construction Campus. For assistance, please contact 580-320-5105. Refreshments will be served, and stories shared encouraged.
