Bruce Franklin Starzer

Bruce Franklin Starzer passed away on August 9, 2016 at Cedar Creek Nursing Home in Norman, Oklahoma. He was born in Norman, Oklahoma on November 25, 1936 to Carl L. and Georgetta Starzer (Larsh). He worked as a Bridge Inspector for The Department of Transportation. He proudly served in the United States Navy. He was loved by all and will be dearly missed. Service for Bruce will be August 13, 2016 at 10:00am Goodrich Memorial United Methodist 200 W.
