Charles Ruell Lowe

C. Ruell Lowe passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at his home in Ponca City, OK at the age of 72. He was born on March 27, 1939 in Butler, OK to his parents Herman and Mable Lowe. He taught industrial arts at Borger High School for 14 years and worked at Conoco-Phillips as a piping designer for 17 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters: Jonnie Johnson and Margy Douglas. He is survived by his wife, Janet Lowe of Ponca City, OK, his brother Audell Lowe of OKC, OK, his sister Peggy Metheney of Clinton, OK, his daughters: Darla Hutchins of Tucumcari, NM and Kathy Kolb of New Braunfels, TX, his son Alan Lowe of Ponca City, OK and 4 Grandchildren: Alex, Abi, Tommy and Hannah. The memorial service will be held at the Woodlands Christian Church in Ponca City, OK on April 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Please make donations in Ruell"™s name to the American Cancer Society.
