Charles Clement Lowry

Charles Clement Lowry, age 86, of Oklahoma City, born October 17, 1932 in Konawa, OK, passed away on January 26, 2019.  He was the son of the late Clarence (C.B.) Lowry and Rella Cook Lowry.  He was the last of all his siblings, Zell Vivian, Delbert, Herbert, Dee, Lavert, Gerald, David and 3 other siblings who passed away as small children.  He is survived by his wife, Anna, of 57 years, and is the loving father of 3 children, Ricky, Kathy and Clay, and 7 grandchildren, Chrissy, Todd, Nicholas, Ashlie, Amanda, Mirriah, and Cierra, and 18 great grandchildren, Logan, Bryson, Charlie, Thomas, Tyler, Katie, Ethan, Brooklynn, Bentley, Brianna, Payten, Evan, Colby, Kylie, Jordan, Samson, Willow, and Chandler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.   Charles enjoyed playing pinochle with his brothers, and playing pool.  He also enjoyed watching OU football, and was a Dallas Cowboys fan.  He and Anna enjoyed traveling around the country after retirement.  He loved the lake and spent the last 20 years living at Lake Texoma.   He is a Navy veteran and worked as a civilian at Tinker Air Force Base for 30 years, retiring at age 55.
