Charles Richard Webster 82
passed away on December 24,2024.He was born to Richard & Rosie (Hilton) Webster. Charles was born in Britton, Oklahoma on November 27, 1942.He grew up in Oklahoma City,OK.Then moved with his family to Palmdale,California in August of 1958. It was there where he met his future wife Myrna Ellis. He Graduated from Palmdale High School in Palmdale, CA in 1960, After he graduated high school he spent 2 years in the U.S ARMY, where he was stationed in Italy. After the Army he moved back to Palmdale, California. Once back in California Charles had a bit of a wild streak and lived his life a little bit like a rolling stone. He settled down when he got reunited with his childhood love Myrna Ellis. Charles and Myrna built and raised their family in Palmdale, CA.Charles Was passionate about his family, Hot Rods, racing,and motorcycles. Many People don't know but Charles built the first Trike in the Antelope Valley. He helped his son with his sprint car racing whether it was helping in the Pitts or cheering him on. He was well known and respected in the hot rod community for making custom headers and exhaust systems. When he lost his wife tragically in 2004 to Pancreatic Cancer he sold his home and purchased his 1970 Silver Eagle. The "bus" as many people fondly knew it as and Charles became a staple at Gene Winfield's where he hosted and befriended many iconic guests like Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top, Rich Evans, Dennis Gage & Bo Huff. Charles was a legendary man to his family and the community. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Myrna his wife, Pattie Marie his daughter, Kolt Webster his grandson, his sisters Rosabelle Greenfield, Russie Harris,and his brother Raymond Webster. He is survived by a daughter Raeanne Harris, son Charles Aaron Webster and daughter in law Tiffany Webster. He leaves behind him 15 grandchildren JJ Murtlow, Jeremy Gebrosky, Wesley Gebrosky, Steven Demoruelle, Jasmine Webster, Makayla Webster, Cameron Harris, Ethan harris, Memphis Harris, Lyric Strong, Kattaleya Strong , Kaidence Webster, Keagan Webster, Karson Webster and Kaylin Ruddell and 5 great grandchildren. He is also survived by 2 sisters Frances Waters and Wanda Ellis.
Charles' wings were ready but our hearts were not. He will be deeply missed and highly remembered.
