David Earl Evans 62, of Oklahoma City, OK left us peacefully on November 4, 2024, surrounded by family and friends. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. David was born on August 4, 1962, in Los Angeles, California to Geraldine Browner and adopted by his grandparents Zepporah Tyiska Evans and Turk Evans. He lived in Duarte California for the majority of his life. He went to Maxwell Elementary School Northview Jr. High and graduated from Duarte High in 1979. His favorite sport was Football with the Dallas Cowboys being his favorite team. David loved fishing and spending time with his family. When David was 14 he saw this pretty young lady and told his friend he was going to marry her one day and years later, he and Patricia were still together. They have been married for 8 years. They have a blended family two daughters Brittany Evans, Shatrina Hannah, one son Javein Glover, 9 grand kids Jaylen Glover, Precious Hannah, Javieanna Hannah, Ralo Roger's, Millyana Rogan, Zorreon Evans, Ziiaun Evans, Zy'ier Evans, Josiah Evans. David was preceded in death by his mother Geraldine Browner and his grandparents Zepporah and Turk Evans and Grandmother Ella Jane Williams (mama Jane) brothers Finest Dennis, Jerial Wayne, nephew Lamail Dennis, and sister-in-law Connie Dennis.
David is survived by his wife Patricia Evans, mother in law Julia Mae Newson, children Brittany Evans, Javein Glover, and Shatrina Hannah grandkids one brother Chesley Dennis, 3 sisters Johnetta Crenshaw, Zepporah Dennis, Janice Clark, his best friend Gregory Hannah and a host of nieces and nephews in-laws and friends.
