David Lacy

Nov 25, 1941 - March 8, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY David Wright Lacy passed away on March 8, 2012, after a short illness. He was born on November 25, 1941, to Alois and Walter Lacy in Sherman, Texas. He graduated from Coalgate High School and the University of Oklahoma and worked as a businessman and rancher. Dave was an avid outdoorsman and longtime Scout Leader. He loved hunting, fishing, and watching sports, especially enjoying watching his grandsons, Cody and Kyle, play baseball. He will be remembered by his many friends and loved ones for his funny, kind, and caring nature. He is survived by his wife, Dene Naylor Lacy; son, David B. Lacy and wife Cyndi; grandsons, Cody and Kyle Lacy; and granddaughter, Crystal Meyers, her husband Mike, and their children, Maddisyn and Bradyn. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Oklahoma City University baseball team, 2501 N. Blackwelder Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73106-1493.
