Dean R. Negley was born February 2, 1929 in Farmington, Illinois to Raymond and Dorothy Negley and passed for this life on May 14, 2010. Dean was a musician and was a rep. for Lowrey Organs. He could play any and all request on his organ and played a mean Rag Time on the piano. He married his high school sweetheart Audrey Maurice and was married for 61 years. He was always taking care of other people and loved his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers; Gene, Clifton and Harold Negley. He is survived by his son; Gary Negley and wife Vicki, his grandson; Andrew Negley and wife Vanessa and their 2 children; Bella and Abby, and granddaughter; Erinn Oller and husband Jason. Dean had been disabled with CVA for many years but was always smiling and bore his burden with quite dignity. He will be missed but now has shed his burden and is probably playing organ in the choir in the beyond. Special thank you to Elza Boldman, Julie Lindsey and Pat Goetzinger for their care and love for Dean. Afterglow I"™d like the memory of me to be a happy one, I"™d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I"™d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happey time and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I"™d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun, Of happy memories that I leave behind when day is done. -Helen Lowrie Marshall
