Dennis R. Anderson

Dennis Roy Anderson, born in Long Beach, California on March 22, 1957, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on January 4, 2015 at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City, OK.   Dennis graduated from Moore High School (Moore, OK) in 1975 and was a resident of South Oklahoma City for most of his life.  He was a friend to whomever he met and always had a smile on his face and had an infectious laugh.  He loved to pour into people and developed relationships wherever he went.  Dennis had a servant’s heart and coached baseball for many years as well as volunteered for Discovery Training Ministries and facilitated Heart of a Warrior men’s retreat.   Dennis worked as a Financial Planner and in Insurance Sales most of his life, but he will be remembered as a coach, mentor, counselor, minister, encourager, confidant, loyal friend, dedicated and loving husband and father, and follower of Jesus Christ.  It wasn’t what Dennis said or what he did that will be most remembered, but how he made...
