Dennis Todd Moore, 75, died of an intracranial hemorrhage on September 29, 2010 at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City.  Dennis was a loving husband to Penny for 51 years and was a devoted father and grandfather (Pepa). Dennis was born on November 17, 1934 in Kansas City, Kansas.  He attended the University of Illinois- and graduated with a degree in Marketing.   Dennis met his wife Penny while living in St. Louis and after they married, they immediately moved to San Francisco.  Many vacations were spent in Yosemite National Park camping with his family.  After retiring, Dennis and Penny enjoyed traveling and had frequent trips abroad and in the US. Dennis was an avid reader and bridge player.  He had an extensive library of books that brought him great joy and he loved a good game of Backgammon.  Dennis was a huge fan of, and great supporter of National Public Radio. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Esther and Tom Moore. Dennis is survived by: his wife, Margaret (Penny) Moore; brother Tom Moore of Mill Valley, California; sister Linda Moore of Minneapolis, Minnesota; sister Kathy Shannon and husband Pete of Dallas, Texas; Children David Moore and wife Brenda of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ; Kelly Schmitt and husband Ted of Seattle, Washington; Becky Patrick and husband Trez of Dallas, Texas. He was a loving Pepa to Anna and Brooks Patrick and Thomas Schmitt.  Dennis was also loved by nieces and nephews and a host of friends. At his request, Dennis"™ body was donated for medical research at LifeLegacy Foundation, www.lifelegacy.org.  The memorial service will be on October 16th at 2 pm at St. Stephens Presbyterian Church, 2424 NW 50th Street, OKC.  Memorials may be sent in his honor to:NPR - KGOU, 860 Van Vleet Oval, Norman, OK  73019-2053. People may also donate online at www.kgou.org.
