Donna Denise (Adams) Schreiber, aged 59, passed away on July 13, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born on January 25, 1965, in Sherman, Texas, Donna was a cherished individual known for her generous heart, intelligence, and elegance. She devoted her life to Christ, her family, and a diverse professional career encompassing roles as a business owner, childcare provider, educator, sales expert, and insurance adjuster. Regardless of her many titles from various achievements, her personal favorite was being a mom. Donna’s two children, Kyle and Nikki meant the world to her.
Donna graduated from Lindsay High School in 1983. After moving to Oklahoma City, she furthered her education later on at the University of Central Oklahoma earning a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development. Donna had a deep passion for her studies and was listed on the presidents honor role each semester. Donna applied her expertise to her work and parenting. Donna had an unwavering commitment to her faith that was evident to all who knew her. She had a contagious smile and wit about her. Donna found joy in gardening. Every year she had the prettiest, most eye-catching flowerbed on the block. She could also grow any type of vegetable she put her mind to, even in this Oklahoma heat. Donna loved reading, cooking for her family and friends, fishing, and spending precious moments with her loved and cherished ones. She was one who always put the needs of others before her own. Donna will be remembered as one who provided love and compassion to all.
She is survived by her son, Kyle Schreiber; daughter, Nikki Schreiber and her fiancée Mark Scratch; partner and friend, Greg Schreiber; and brothers, Greg Adams and Terry Adams. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Delores Adams; and sisters, E. Diann Adams and Paula M. Adams.
A service to honor Donna's life will be held on Thursday, August 8th, from 12-2 pm at Faith Church, located at 12201 Warwick Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. Corbett Funeral & Cremation in Oklahoma City is assisting the family with arrangements. Donna's legacy of love, faith, and dedication will be remembered by all who knew her.
