Doug Vernon Marsh

Douglas Vernon Marsh, born October 14, 1951 in Pasadena, Texas, passed away Saturday, November 29th, 2014 at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City. Doug was a U.S. Navy veteran, who graduated from Caney Valley High School in 1970, attended Graceland University, and graduated from Pioneer Community College in 1980 as a Certified Dental Technician. Doug was the owner and operator of a small business, Au Dental Laboratory, for over 30 years in Caney, KS and Bartlesville, OK. Doug had many passions in his life, but above all were his love for God and for family. Doug’s love for people was immediately evident to all who met him – from a very young age, he invested himself in others. His capacity to kindle and keep life-long friendships was a rare gift. Doug enjoyed all types of music, and he loved to sing, especially songs of praise at church with his wife, Denise. Doug is survived by his wife of 12 years, Denise Marsh, of Bethany, Oklahoma.
