Edmund Manderson Rice Jr, 69, of Oklahoma City, OK died on May 13, 2020 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Edmund was born on April 14, 1951 in Norman, Oklahoma to Edmund Rice, Sr. and Ida (Green) Rice. He was, among other things, an Aviation Mechanic and a U.S. Army veteran. Burial will be at Ft Sill National Cemetery at a date yet to be determined.
