Edna was a Vice President with Bank of America’s Correspondent division and its predecessor institutions for more than 25 years, starting her career with First National Bank and Trust Company, of Oklahoma City in 1973. She was responsible for her bank’s sponsorship at the many Oklahoma Banker’s Association functions, conventions and golf tournaments. Edna loved to travel. She toured all through Europe and the Mediterranean and jokingly bragged that she had visited every state in the union except Alaska. Edna graduated from Omega High School in 1947, attended Hill’s Business University, Southwestern State University and Rose State College. Edna made the generous gift of donating her body to science for medical research, innovation and education through United Tissue Network, a non-profit medical technology and education focused entity. UTN's mission is to empower people who want to make a difference through whole-body donation by uniting them with professionals dedicated to the advancement of medical technology, training and education.
