Eleazar “Eli” Rodriguez, Jr. This past Sunday, July 21, 2019, our family, with pain in our hearts, said goodbye to that guy with a great big smile, Eleazar “Eli” Rodriguez, Jr. On February 22,1947, in Oklahoma City, parents, Eleazar and Nellie Rodriguez welcomed their first son into this world; and now await their Blessed reunion in the Heavens above along with brothers Roger, John and Arthur Rodriguez. “Wedo” as many called him, was a father that held endless love for his precious family, a son adored by his loving parents, a brother that had unconditional love for his brothers and sisters, and man that lived a joyful life, sharing kindness with everyone he met. Eleazar is survived by his beautiful daughters and families, Celeste St. Pierre, husband Brian and daughter Caitlin; Anna Rodriguez, children Brianna Schaffer and husband Mike, Christopher Lewis, Danielle Lewis, Isabella Lewis, Nash Lewis, Alexandria Carr, and grandchildren Tidus and Axle Shaffer; Michelle Lefforge, husband Buck, children Christian Richardson, Aaron Richardson, Bethany King and husband Dillon, Jonathan Richardson, Alayna Lefforge, and grandchildren Luna Richardson and Maverick King; Angie Bryant, husband Steve and children Tyler, Hannah, Benjamin and Matthew; Stepson Scott McCoy, wife Barbra and daughter Candice. Also, his brother Frank Rodriguez and sisters Angie Tarango, Tina Moreno, and Cynthia Pryor and respective their families. During our time of sadness, we learned how blessed we are to have such wonderful caregivers at St. Anthony Hospital and The Integris Hospice House. Our family will be forever grateful. A “Celebration of Life” Rosary Prayer Service will be held in Eleazar’s honor at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Little Flower Catholic Church 1125 S.
