Jack Stewart Henley

Jack Stewart Henley, 70, passed away September 29, 2014 in Edmond. Jack was born on March 24, 1944 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Neldine and Thomas Henley. He graduated from Classen High School in 1962 in Oklahoma City. He received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1968. He was a past president of the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and served on the Board of Directors for UMB Bank. He was a member of the BFM Investment Group, L.L.C. and enjoyed upland hunting. Jack’s greatest love was his family and he adored spending time with his “girls.” He is survived by his wife Marilyn, and their two children: Heather and husband Blair Swedeen of San Francisco, California, and Hallie and husband William Sims of Houston, Texas. He was the proud grandfather of Ruby, who affectionately called him "Grandad,” with granddaughter Scarlett Sims on the way. He is also survived by two sisters: Judy Kay of Pasadena, Texas and Lisa Henley of Oklahoma City, and two brothers: Brent Henley of Lafayette, Louisiana, and Brian Henley of Shreveport, Louisiana.
