Jacqueline M. Bonura, 88, of Oklahoma City, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2019, due to natural causes. Jackie was born January 18, 1931 in Kansas City, KS to Will and Edna (Welker) Farris. She graduated from Argentine High School in 1949 and began her career as a flight attendant for Braniff Airlines. In 1956, Jackie married her lifelong partner, Jesse. Together, they worked hard, traveled, and enjoyed success as bowling proprietors in both Moore and Oklahoma City. She loved playing tennis, golf, and spending time at Lake Texoma with her family. Jackie was a kind, gentle, and loving soul, always placing others’ needs before her own. She had a great sense of humor, loved life, and made everyone around her smile. A wonderful wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunt, and friend; she is deeply loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Claude and Amy Bonura, Kim and Tom Lowman, Chris and John Lawhon; best friend and sister, Pat, and husband Stan; grandchildren, Shelby, Andy, Chelsea, Lindsay, LeAnn, Jesse, Shelby, JJ, Chance, and Cheyenne; great-grandchildren, Anna, Reagan, Evan, and Brynlee; niece Lindsay; nephews, Warren and Wes; and brother-in-law, Bob. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jesse, her parents, and sister-in-law, Anne. Rest easy, beautiful soul. Until we meet again…
