"He was preceded in death by his parents Claude and Ova Ruth Jones. Also his sons Michael and Glenn along with his brother Marshall." "Jim is survived by his wife of almost 30 years Linda of the home. Also his son Kenneth and a brother Herschel as well as his grandchildren, nieces and nephews, along with numerous good friends." "Jim served in the Air Force from 1955 to 1959. Then went into law enforcement. Worked in Abilene and Wichita Falls Texas before coming to the Oklahoma City Police Department. He retired at the rank of Lieutenant in 1986." "Upon retirement, he enjoyed doing home repairs and home remodeling. He also enjoyed being with our good friends and our precious pups we have had over the years." "There will be what he called a ""party on the patio"" in his honor which is to be determined later."
