Jeffrey Lynn Van Hooser Jr, 23, left to be in the arms of our Lord, unexpectedly July 18, 2013 in Oklahoma City (and is now at peace). A lifelong resident of Oklahoma, he was born August 14th, 1989 at University Hospital, to Debbie & Jeff Van Hooser. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harold Dean Van Hooser. He leaves behind, his loving parents, Debbie Van Hooser and Cliff Cornish , Jeff and Frances Van Hooser, his big brother's, Justin VanHooser, Matthew Lessing & Liam Lessing, sister's Jennifer Wilson, and Melissa Miller, maternal grandmother, Sharon Ball, maternal grandparent's, Marvin and Darlene Ball, paternal grandmother's, Lori O'Brien and Shirley Cornish, numerous aunts(Lois Brown, Amie Turner, Melissa Ellifrits, Kay Anderson, Paula Knox, Marlene James, and Maureen Evans) , uncles (Joe Turner, Marvin Ball Jr., Sam Cornish, Rick VanHooser and Patrick VanHooser), nieces(Alexis, Summer and Abigail VanHooser, and many cousins. Viewing will be Monday, July 22, 2013 at Corbett funeral home 807 W Wilshire Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73116 with funeral held at Resurrection Cemetery where he will be laid to rest near his grandfather on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 10 A.M. JJ, as he was known by all who knew him, was eager and looking forward to starting a new phase in his life with an opportunity to work side by side with his father at Fort Sill. He attended Putnam City High School in Oklahoma City and enjoyed bowling and baseball. As a young adult, JJ's life was taken from us before he had a chance to evolve into his true potential and he will be dearly missed by his loving family and the many friends he leaves behind. We bid you goodbye, dear JJ, son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend, now in transit to a new life and live in our hearts until we reunite again.
