On December 30, 1954, in the town of Blytheville, Arkansas God loaned a precious child to the late Howard and Tessie Andrews whom they lovingly named Jerry Wayne Andrews. Wayne grew up in Blytheville with his siblings where he received his educational training. He also graced Chicago, Illinois with his presence. Wayne, known to his loved ones as “Old Skool” was a man with a “Big” heart. He loved kids and one thing you knew about Wayne is “don’t mess with my family”. You can find Wayne watching western movie or enjoying Friday nights of wrestling. Wayne was a great man and would do anything for anyone if he could. He confessed his love and faith in Christ. He made peace with God and suffers no more. He is preceded in death by his bother Kent “BossHogg” Andrews who he referred to Wayne as “Smut” his baby brother. They had a strong love and bond for each other that could never be broken even after death. Wayne leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Betty Andrews of Midwest City, Oklahoma, son and wife: Jerry Jr. and Katrina Andrews of Edmond, Oklahoma, daughters and husband: Tawanna McChristen of Blytheville, Arkansas, Shun and O.J. Cullins of Blytheville, Arkansas, step-children: Yolanda and Charles Betts of Blytheville, Arkansas, Chris and Lakecia Day of Moore, Oklahoma, Vernell Day and Mont Wilson of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Jerry and Maya Day of Moore, Oklahoma, Shemicka Moss of Midwest City, Oklahoma, Angela Cham of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Darrin Peoples of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Rodney and Valerie Peoples of Jonesboro, Arkansas, host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
