Jill Kristina Pence, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, March 4, 2010. Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, January 5, 1952, to William and Ruth Johnson, Jill was an excellent student at Oklahoma State University and skilled at business. She and her husband went on to start Pence Pottery, Flower Hut and Traders 2 a national antique business. She was known nationally as an expert on anitques especially Czechoslovakian perfumes, a contiubuitor to a major Czech perfume book and co authored two cookbooks. She also was involved in Bible Study Fellowship throughout the years. She found her soul mate and partner for life at the age of 17, when she met Wayne Pence. Jill is survived by her husband of 36 years, Wayne; her son Shayne and her daughter Ashley; her sister Jan Smith; brother Jerry Johnson and sister Judie Duncan and many other loving family members. Predeceased by her father William A. Johnson and her mother Ruth Johnson. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. March 18, 2010 at Crown Heights Christian Church. Jill was a loving wife, devoted mother and inspiration to those who knew her.
