Joan Burleson

Joan Irene Burleson, 78, wife and loving mother, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus, Wednesday, November 4, 2009. She is survived by her precious husband of 62 years, Bud Burleson, her knight in shining armor thru all of life"™s battles. She was born, November 11, 1930, to Clay and Melda Daniels in Gary, Indiana, and was preceded in death by her parents, sister Jane and brother Jim. She is also survived by her three sons and their families, Buddy and Teri, of Denver, Co., Bill and Beverly, of Noble, OK, Bob and Linda Burleson of OKC, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her many dear friends. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be Monday, November 9, at the Baptist Village in OKC, 9700 Mashburn Blvd, at 2:00 pm.
