Jody Clyde Jackson Jr.

May 25, 1937 — April 4, 2013

Jody Clyde Jackson was born on May 25, 1937 in Shawnee, OK. He passed away on April 4, 2013 in Norman, OK. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nellie Jackson, his father, Jody C. Jackson, brother, Tom Jackson, aunt, Katie Borchers and many other loved ones. He is survived by daughters Erin Howell, Nanette Jackson, and Michelle Jackson, sons Eric Jackson, Brett Jackson, and Jody Jackson, sister Jeanette Baker, brothers Fred Jackson and Billy Joe Jackson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. J.C. made a living as a contract painter all his life. They used to call him "Mr. Clean" because his work was so neat. J.C. will be missed but we know he is in heaven looking down on us. Knowing J.C., he has already found the best fishing hole there. We can just see him sitting on a bank with a pole in hand. He's already started a garden growing the biggest vegetables for God. We're sure of that. Those were the two things he loved-fishing and gardening. We love and miss him so.
