Jon Michael Avey

Jon Michael Avey (52) of Guthrie, OK passed away at his home with his family on October 16, 2012. He was born in Dinuba, CA on December 14, 1959 to Wendell Anthony Avey Sr. and Barbara Diane Spomer. He was a Cosmetologist and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He attended church at the Northgate for many years and loved the Lord. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Diane Spomer and sister, Kathy Jo Avey. He is survived by his wife Terry Avey, father; Wendell Avey Sr, sister; Cherie Milligan, brothers; Wendell Avey Jr. and Keith Avey, sons; Wesley Avey and wife Tiffany, Kenneth Avey and wife Rebecca, daughters; Jennifer DeMoss and husband Michael, Pamela Griffin, Evelyn “Nicky” Avey, Amelia Avey, grandchildren; Asher Avey, Ashlee DeMoss, Ricky DeMoss and another expected in April. A memorial service will be held at the Church at the Northgate (6705 N. I-35 Frontage Rd. Edmond, OK) on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 3:00 PM.
