Judy Lynn Entrekin

Judy Lynn Entrekin passed away at 1:08 in the afternoon on April 20, 2016 at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City. Judy was 56 years old at the time of her passing. She was born on October 6, 1959 to Jack Jenkins and Catherine Jenkins (Cole) in Owensboro, Kentucky. Judy worked as a RN in the medical field. Judy was a resident of Oklahoma City.
