Funeral Service to be held 2:00 PM. Saturday, November 20, 2010 in the Abbey Chapel at Rose Hill Burial Park located at the intersection on NW Grand Blvd & Classen Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK. Kevin Ronald McLain, age 50, lost his courageous battle with kidney disease this November 18, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK. Born in Elkhart Kansas, Kevin worked & retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol after 28 years of service in the Guymon & OKC areas.  Kevin received Citations of Merit for his work and dedication during the Murrah Federal Building Bombing investigations.  Kevin is survived by his Life Partner James Franklin Trujillo, Sons William McLain of Edmond, Michael & Amy McLain of Norman, Parents Dave & Kay McLain, Brothers Eddie McLain of Hugoton Kansas and Robbie Beaman of Texas, and a host of Friends of the Guymon & OKC areas. Kevin was preceded in death by his Mother Carol Ann (Simmons) Beaman, an infant Brother Ricky, Maternal Grand Parents Earl & Grace Simmons and Paternal Grand Parents Uel & Mary McLain.
