Linda Rae Klassen was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 73. At the time of her death, Linda was residing with her daughter DeLaa, and son-in-law Clifford Sweet in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was admitted to Integris Baptist Hospital shortly before her passing. Linda R. Klassen was born to Laura L. Johnson (deceased) and Walter J. Klassen (deceased) on July 28, 1948. She had 5 younger siblings: John Klassen, Ricky Klassen (deceased), Debbie Klassen, Suzanne Johnson and Bart Johnson. After graduating High School, Linda allowed her gypsy soul to wander freely. She is survived by her three children: Michael Stevenson, Taija Segelhorst and DeLaa Pults. She was a grandmother to Joy Cox (deceased), Mariah Lippert and Devon Cox. She was also a very proud great grandmother to Suasha Lippert, Kallen Lippert and Liam Cox. Linda was a commodities relocation specialist who traveled across the United States as an over the road truck driver. She was one of the first solo women drivers, celebrated in newspaper articles written about her ability to break into the male dominated industry. She had a passion for living the country life where she could enjoy her 4 legged fur babies; Horses, Dogs, Cats, Cows, Goats and any other creature that she happened upon. She enjoyed living a minimalist life, where she relied on the bounty provided by Mother Earth. She greatly enjoyed raising her own food sources and took great pride harvesting the fruits of her labor. Linda did not lack faith and walked with Jesus Christ by her side and believed wholeheartedly in salvation. She was ready to visit her family in heaven, where she knew there were open arms to welcome her in.
