Lloyd Ernst White, 72, was called home to the Lord on June 23,2009. Born July 9,1936 in Vinita, Oklahoma, he was the son of Carol Gilmore and John Vernon White, Jr. He had three older brothers, John, Nelson, and Donald, and three sisters, Carolea, Dorothy, and is survived by his youngest sister, Margie.   Lloyd grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Tulsa Central High School. He received his college degree from the Oklahoma School of Accountancy in 1964.   He married the love of his life, Jean, in 1957 in Tahlequah, OK. Their 52 years of wedded bliss bore them two sons, Lloyd Douglas and Glenn Maxwell White.   Lloyd served his country as a United States Army Sergeant and received his honorable discharge in 1957. He received accommodations in Sharp Shooting and Good Conduct while stationed in Thule, Greenland.   His gregarious and engaging personality led him to a career in sales, culminating in his founding of Air Compressor Supply, Inc., an air compressor sales and service company headquartered in Oklahoma City.   Lloyd was a member of Putnam City Baptist Church. He served his community in a variety of functions, and was active in his sons"™ organized sports. An avid reader, Lloyd studied a wide array of subjects, from astronomy and history to pop culture and sports. Spending time with family was his #1 priority. He loved to joke, tease, and sing, especially with his beautiful granddaughters.  "LoLo," as he was known among family and friends, is survived by his wife, Jean; his two sons and their families: Doug and daughters Kelsey and Mackenzie of Little Rock, AR; and Glenn, spouse Deborah and daughters Alexandra and Andrea of Oklahoma City; sister Margie of Sapulpa, OK; and numerous nieces and nephews and hundreds of loyal friends.   Services will be held June 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Putnam City Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City.
