Memorial Service Wednesday, April 9th, 2014 - 11:00 AM - Resurrection Free Methodist Church 6000 N. Macarthur Blvd - Oklahoma City, OK - 73122 Ada Lorene “Lori” O’Brien, affectionately known to her children and grandchildren as “Mimi”, passed away April 4, 2014 at the age of 78. Lori was born November 5, 1935 in Cox City, Oklahoma to Alfred (Jim) & Velma Ivy. She was preceded in death by her parents as well as brothers Herman Ivy, LeTroy Ivy, Elroy Ivy, sister Loretta Ivy Henderson and grandson J.J. VanHooser. Lori is survived by her six children, Paula Knox and husband T.K.; Jeff VanHooser and wife Fran; Eric (Rick) VanHooser and wife Terri; Maureen Evans; Marleen James and Patrick O’Brien; as well as 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
