Lucille Williams

On September 15, 2012, Lucille rejoined her beloved husband, R. L. Williams, Sr. She was born August 3, 1913, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and spent the majority of her adult life in Ardmore, Oklahoma working with her husband in various retail businesses. She was a substitute school teacher, member of the Rebecca Lodge, Eastern Star Lodge and the First Baptist Church. She has spent her last eleven years in Norman, Oklahoma as a resident of Rambling Oaks Assisted Living Center and Grace Living Center. She is survived by her only child, Robert L. Williams, Jr., and his wife, Suby, of Norman, Oklahoma; five grandsons – Rob Williams & his wife, Tracy, of Norman, OK; Tracy Williams & his wife, Lisa, of Edmond, OK; Rick Talley of Houston, TX; Sam Talley & his wife, Lisa, of Norman, OK; Brad Talley & his wife, Heather, of Norman, OK; nine great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, special great nieces Cheryl Lueck and Stacy Johnson, and others. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00pm, Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in the Garden of Meditation at the Hillcrest Memorial Park, Ardmore, Oklahoma, under the direction of Corbett Funeral Services.
