Lynda Acker

Lynda Jean Acker, July 3, 1969-Feb 28, 2014, died at the age of 52. She suffered a long adult life of unsuccessful treatment of an illness. She is now whole and in a better place. Lynda attended Nichols Hills Elementary, Eisenhower, McGuiness and University of Central Oklahoma where she studied Photo Journalism. She will live on through her gift to Life Share. It is with great sadness and grief to have a child precede her parents in death. She is survived by her parents, Marc and Carol Mears, Okc; her biological father, Ron Acker, AZ; her brother, Wayne Acker, CA; her sister & family, Debbra and David Haynes, Michael Haynes, Jennifer Haynes, Okc; her sister & family, Laurie & Kirby Kyles, Baylee Ranney, Brant Ranney, Yukon,Ok; her step sister & family, Ashley and Adam Ralston, Alexander Ralston, Sammy Ralston, Scotland; her step brother & family, Marcus & Jennifer Mears, Reese Mears, Natalie Mears, Okc. We express our thanks to Mercy Hospital for the loving care she received. A private memorial service was held.
