Martha Grace Kelly

Martha G Kelly, 94, Yukon Oklahoma- passed peacefully in her home on April 21, 2021. Martha was born in Enid, Ok. On April 11, 1927 to the late Pete George and Ola Pinson Markos. Martha is survived by her only son, Michael R Harrison, brother-in-law Melvin Schroeder and niece and nephews Vicki, Larry, and Tony Schroeder. Martha graduated from Central High School in Oklahoma City in 1946. She started nursing school at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City and graduated as a Registered Nurse in 1950. Martha started working at Baptist medical Center in Oklahoma City in 1959 to 1974. She took some time off to help her ailing Mom. After her Mom's passing, she returned to Baptist and worked until and retired in 2009 at the age of 82. She was a dedicated nurse for 46 years. As a teenager in High School, she was a drummer in the band and later became a professional chorus line tap dancer. Her Hobbies were swimming and long walks on the beach in California. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, April 27, at 10am officiated by Chaplin Jann Osborn, at Corbett Funeral & Cremation, 807 W Wilshire Blvd, Oklahoma City Ok, (405) 488-3848. Visitation 1 hr. prior to service. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery Crestview Dr, Cleveland Oklahoma. 74020 Those we Love Don't go away. They walk beside us every day.
