Mary Forehand, 78, of of Edmond, Oklahoma, formerly of Hughes Springs, Texas & long time Sam’s club team member passed without pain on July 27, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was Born in Hughes Springs, TX on March 23, 1938 to John Edwin & Janie Belle Helstrom. Mary is survived by her son James Edwin Day of Garden City, Kansas, 7 grandchildren, and 5 Great grandchildren.
