McPherson Elen

Ellen McPherson passed away Monday September 7, 2009.  She was born November 23, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to Howard L. and Alice Neal Thornberry.  Ellen is survived by one daughter, Tammy Hall and her spouse Rodney and grandson Brian of Oklahoma City; one sister, Fran Callaway and her spouse Bob of Bristow, OK and several nieces and nephews Trey Callaway, Kendall Mooney, Lindy Norman, Ricky Norman, Terri Montgomery, Kristi Brown, and Tracy Blevins. Those preceding her in death include her parents and her spouse Jack Doyle McPherson.    Ellen graduated from Northeast High school in Oklahoma City, OK and Stephens College in Columbia, MO.  She also received a Non-profit Business Certification from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.   Ellen began her professional career as a Traffic Director at KWTV Channel 9 in Oklahoma City.  Ellen then moved to Southwestern Stationery and Bank Supply where she served as Executive Secretary to the president.  Ellen was...
