Norma Arwine passed away on June 16, 2016 at her home in Norman, Oklahoma at 3:27 in the afternoon with family by her side. She was born on July 2, 1967 in MidWest City, Oklahoma to Jack Lee Arwine and Julia Faye Arwine (Howton). She worked as a Lab Tech for Higher Education.
