Paris Dawn Starns – 22, Edmond, OK – passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 19, 2023. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on February 5, 2001.

Paris graduated from high school in 2019. She also attended Meridian Technology Center where she studied to become a cosmetologist. In May of 2020, Paris joined the Oklahoma Air National Guard.

Paris is survived by her loving parents, Jason and April Starns; sisters, Riley Gabrielle Starns and Keira Dana Starns; Grandparents Richard and Lisa Jones, and Grandparents Larry and Nancy Starns; fiancé Garrett Frazee and his nephew Ryder Winn; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her pets that she loved as part of her family.

Memorial Services will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2023, located at Corbett Funeral Home, 807 W. Wilshire Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Graveside services will begin at 12:30, located at Gracelawn Cemetery, 1407 N. Blvd, Edmond, OK 73003.
