Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK. Paul was born on October 12, 1960 in Sulphur, Oklahoma to Billy Frank and Ruth Ann Taylor and passed away October 28, 2012 in his home. Paul is survived by his four brothers, Robert, William and Kenneth Taylor of Oklahoma City and Danny Taylor of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents Billy Frank and Ruth Ann Taylor and two sisters Linda Powers and Patsy Taylor.
