Paula Roberts

Paula, a wonderful mother, wife, and compassionate, selfless soul, got a new body in heaven the night of Nov 12, 2013. She passed away at her home in Yukon, OK due to ongoing struggles with Muscular Dystrophy. Paula was 54 years old. She was born in Kingfisher, the first child of Betty and Gene Kordis. Everyone who knew or even briefly encountered Paula was blessed by her in some way - a caring word, a helpful hand, a good story. She was extremely creative and loved doing all kinds of crafts. She was a foster mother to many, as well as a great Scouting and community leader. Her favorite enjoyment in life was spending time with her beloved family, friends, and pets. She was independent, strong, very hard-working, and an inspiration to many by the way she kept a positive attitude throughout her struggles. She was dearly loved by everyone who knew her and will be tremendously missed by all. Paula was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Reasoner. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Leonard Roberts, Jr, her daughter Kristen and son Trey, her sister Vicki Andrews and brothers Scott Kordis, Larry and Randy Reasoner, and her fathers Gene Kordis and Calvin Reasoner.
