Penny Renee Heins

Penny Tubbs age 53 went to be with her Lord and savior on Sunday June 6th 2021 peacefully in her home after a long battle with kidney failure and cancer. Memorial services will be held at Northwest Bible Church. Pastor Alan Conner will officiate. ​Penny was born to Nick and Marti Tubbs Nov. 22nd 1967 in Hannibal Mo. Penny grew up in Aurora, Ne and graduated from Aurora High School in 1986. She was then married in 1988. She had 2 children, Darren and Lindsey. She was a military spouse for 28 years. She loved homeschooling her children and vacationing in the Ozarks. After raising her children she fulfilled her dream of getting a culinary degree. She loved cooking and canning from her garden and loved serving the Lord and attending her church. ​She is survived by her children Darren and Lindsey, her father Nick Tubbs and sisters Nickie Robinson of Wyoming, Dee Starr and brother David Tubbs of Aurora, Ne.
