Robert Wayne Gowin

Wayne went to be with the Lord on January 11th, 2013. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on October 20, 1954, to Charles and Irma Jean (Croslin) Gowin. Wayne grew up in Bethany, Oklahoma and graduated from Bethany High School in 1972. He was employed at Schwann Foods and enjoyed his job very much. Wayne had the gift of "gabb" and enjoyed talking OU Football with all his co-workers, customers, friends and family. His passion was motorcycles, he began riding at 15 years old and continued until his health didn't allow him to ride anymore.. He rode with the Downed Bikers and the Patriot Guard of Oklahoma. Wayne was preceded in death by his dad Charles R. Gowin He is survived by his wife Dianne Gowin, mother Irma Jean Gowin his two sons James Wayne Gowin and his wife Mary Gowin , and Jessie Deshay Gowin, his sister and her husband, Linda and Don Hale. Nephew and Wife Steven and Deanna Hale, Nephew and Wife, Mike and Karla Hale and Nephew and Wife Mitch and Kathy Hale. Stepsons, Cody and wife Christy Hiatt, Chad and wife Mallory Hiatt and Casey and wife Desiree Hiatt. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, grandkids and friends.
