Roy Dunlap

Roy was Born in Muskogee, OK on August 8, 1939 to Ernest and Lillian Dunlap. He was preceded in death by his mother; father; and brother, Don Dunlap. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Phyllene; son, Robert and wife Tammy, and their two children, Dawson and Bryce; also Phyllene's sons, Jay and Todd Wehba, and their children, Nick, Jayci, Conner, Tabitha, and Jennifer, Catherine and Elizabeth. Roy loved the Lord with deep, abiding faith. He had a loving heart and welcomed everyone he met with kindness. He loved life and his family, enjoyed traveling and had an entrepreneurial spirit.
