Shauntel Rena Burnett, 46, resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away November 4, 2018 at Integris Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Shauntel was born on December 6, 1971 the daughter of Walter and Carrie Burnett (Lucius) in Leesville, Louisiana. Shauntel worked as a Retail Sales Clerk in the Retail Warehouse Club Industry.
